Support

Something broken, something confusing, or something you wish Valet did? Write to support@dynolabs.co. A person reads it, and you will hear back.

If you are reporting a bug, telling us what you were doing right before it happened is worth more than a screenshot of the error. It is usually the step before the break that explains it.

Your account

Delete your account. Open Settings in the app and choose to delete your account. This removes your people, everything Valet knows about them, and your account itself. It cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us, so they have to be cancelled through Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel Valet there. Do that first if you want the billing to stop.

Get your data. Ask us and we will send you everything Valet holds for you in a readable file.

Subscriptions and billing

Valet is a subscription. Manage, change, or cancel it in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, because Apple processes the payment.

If you paid and Valet still thinks you have not, open the app and use Restore Purchases on the subscription screen. That usually fixes it. If it does not, write to us and we will sort it out on our side.

Notifications

Valet reaches out before the moments that matter and stays quiet otherwise. If it is too much, or not enough, notification controls are in Settings. If you turned notifications off at the iPhone level and want them back, that switch lives in the iPhone Settings app under Valet.

Privacy

If someone added you to their Valet and you would rather not be there, that is covered on our privacy page, and you can write to privacy@dynolabs.co.
