These terms cover your use of Valet, made by Dyno Labs. Using Valet means you agree to them.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 to use Valet, and old enough to enter a contract where you live. Keep your account details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

What you put in

What you tell Valet stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it. You give us permission to store and process it for the single purpose of running Valet for you, which is covered in detail in our privacy policy.

Valet holds information about other people, so one thing is asked of you: only put in what you would be comfortable being known to have written down. Do not use Valet to track someone who would not want it, to harass anyone, or to hold information you have no business holding.

Subscriptions

Valet is a paid subscription. Prices are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time. If you subscribed through the App Store, billing and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms, and refunds are theirs to give. If you subscribed directly, write to us.

What Valet does and does not promise

Valet suggests, remembers, and plans. It is a good assistant and it is not infallible. It will occasionally be wrong about a preference, surface something at an awkward moment, or recommend something that misses. You stay the one who decides what to send, buy, and say. Valet never contacts your people on your behalf.

Valet is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Dyno Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop using Valet and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. If we close your account, you can ask for a copy of your data first.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
